Mini Suri is the Co Founder and CEO of Velmeni, an AI driven healthtech company focused on improving dental workflows, diagnostics, and patient understanding through intelligent automation. With more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology, Mini brings deep expertise from leading global organizations. Prior to founding Velmeni in 2021, she served as Chief Customer Success Officer at Kore.ai, where she led over 100 enterprise customers in adopting conversational AI solutions at scale. Earlier, she headed the Center of Excellence for Intelligent Automation at Uber, building and scaling global automation strategies across the organization. She also spent over 20 years at Citi, where she played a key role in driving large scale automation initiatives using AI, machine learning, NLP, and chatbots. Mini holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, along with graduate certifications in Healthcare and the Future of Commerce from MIT. She has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Information Technology. In addition to her executive role, she serves as a Board Member at TiE Silicon Valley and is actively involved in initiatives supporting entrepreneurship, women in leadership, and STEM education. Her work sits at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and real world clinical workflows, with a strong focus on using technology to augment human decision making and improve patient care.
