An aerospace engineer turned medtech innovator, Michael brings more than 20 years of experience in advanced materials, 3D printing, and high-performance hardware development. Michael began his career working on space-grade composite structures for Boeing and commercial satellites, developing materials that later enabled aircraft such as the Airbus A380 and Boeing 787. He then advanced into R&D leadership and strategic planning at Space Systems Loral, shaping technologies at the forefront of aerospace innovation. A Wharton MBA, Michael transitioned into global business development roles across the UK and U.S., and later into startup leadership, where he built and scaled technology-driven companies. At LuxCreo, he has played a central role in driving revenue growth, international partnerships, and the commercialization of 4D aligners and automated digital dentistry workflows. With a unique blend of engineering depth and commercialization expertise, Michael is one of the key leaders shaping the future of dental technology and in-clinic manufacturing.
